The CG-Lock is an innovative new product that allows the lap section of a standard 3-point seatbelt to be tightened and locked or cinched into place, providing around 80 percent of the controlling benefit of a full racing harness, whilst leaving the shoulder/sash section uninhibited.

Although originally developed to give ‘weekend racers’ and sports-car drivers better stability, control, and therefore lap times, the technology has also been proven to provide much greater safety than a standard seatbelt, while enhancing comfort for daily driving.
Most importantly, formal crash testing and real world experience have demonstrated that use of the CG-Lock reduces the potential for injury in frontal, lateral, and rollover vehicle accidents.
